process
> i will not accept your commission unless all required information is provided
> i will not start drawing until I have been paid upfront
> if you do not respond within ten days of a message, i will drop your commission. this process requires timely responses.
> you will receive a rough sketch to start. try to make your critiques and edits at this stage. if you require a major edit after the piece is completed you may be charged extra
> i will do up to ten revisions during the sketch phase before i will drop your commission and refund you.
> turnaround time is between 12-30 days
> finished pieces will be sent via email or discord in .png format. unless a background is requested, images will be transparent
> if you would like multiple commissions, they will have to be submitted separately and accepted/processed individually
payment and refunds
> rates are fixed, i won’t negotiate
> i require payment via cashapp, which will be provided to you if i accept your commission
> refunds will only be given in full during the sketch phase or before i begin. once the final sketch is approved, refunds will only be half of the original price
> if the piece takes longer than 30 days, you will be half refunded and receive the fully finished piece
